Company bios, unless you have a reputation management sculpt it out.
How to sculpt:
1) No Follow is quick and easy.
2) Javascript, bots don’t crawl it but Google is making inroads
3) Form pages, jump pages, redirect pages, more clmplex to implement and maintain, search engines don’t crawl it but may.
4) Be Consistent
5) Most benefits of mid level sites.
6) Look for things in the index that you don’t want.
7) Should you do this now or wait?
Fix this in new sites now.

Google does not discovery from nofollow link. They view them as not there.
They are watching condtional redirects.
