According to a post at webmaster world, MS is testing JavaScript crawling.
So with Google crawling JavaScript last year and now Microsoft what does this mean to you as a SEO?
1) Stick with the SEO game plan/ SEO best practices, when, what, how and what are still not know. So keep up with your traditional SEO activities that make content available to engines without have to jump through JS and AJAX hoops.
2) Just because they might be able to crawl JavaScript, best practice like a good title tag o H1 tag are still important as well as great back links into deep pages and cross links between pages.
2) If the data is hidden behind a JS action, it means the user has to take some action to get to the data, so keep usability in mind when your going to hide content behind a JS action.
3) If you have content hidden behind a JS or AJAX login consider first click free.

Google has updated their PageRank. Again consider this directional in nature. The real PageRank is not what is represented in the toolbar, and more importantly PageRank is just one of the many factors that are considered.
I would care more about TrustRank than PageRank at this point, but at the end of the day good content is still king along with being reputable and a trusted authority in your community.

“Srikar will discuss how he has resolved challenges managing up and across technology, management and marketing to get a search program in place. This will be a collaborative discussion with the audience, moderated by Max Kalehoff.”

You & A With Matt Cutts
Danny: Talking about the 13 year old boy who bought hookers on his dad’s credit card. This was a fake story. IT was picked up on Fox.
Matt: Do you have an expectation of real news. If this was the Onion, it would be different. Matt asking who things Fox should have fact checked. Google found out the truth and for us not to take action …
Earlier today we heard ‘our only job is getting link, if you have to lie about it just do it.†I viewed this as a very special very unique case.
Danny asking: Getting back to the link building. It has been a year of this war on paid links. Matt asked if you’re an in-house SEO, think about your risk portfolio. If you’re an i-house SEO do what is right for the long term and not today.
